Removing the window film auto

Window film self is often used by people who want a look color to your car windows without paying the fee juicy have the actual tinted glass. More film auto car window is installed, and after a few years can see the window of the film begins to bubble, allowing the filtered air under the film. This look can be extremely undesirable; however, as easy as installing window film, you can be removed without the help of a professional.

Instructions:

  1. Fill a spray bottle filled with water with a small amount of soap. Shake the mixture and spray the outside of the car window covered with the movie you want to delete.
  2. Unroll several black garbage bags and tape them in the window. Soap and water helps to allow the bags to adhere to the window. Soften the plastic sitting on the glass.
  3. Cover the inside of the seats with extra plastic bags.
  4. Spray the film of the current window with ammonia. Completely cover the film from the top to the bottom. Cover the inside of the window with another black garbage bag. Ammonia will help sustain the garbage bag.
  5. Allow the car to sit in the sun for an hour or less. The black lawyers on both sides of the glass will absorb the sun’s heat and loosen the adhesive film car window.
  6. Remove garbage bags from inside and outside the car. Peel back a corner of the window film car if you can find a grip. If you can, use a knife to remove a piece.
  7. Remove the film auto window, then remove the adhesive from the inside of the vehicle window using ammonia superfine steel wool and rubbing on the inside of the car window.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are currently in a cold climate, you can still remove the film from the window as the sun. However, you can expect a few extra hours so the window film car has enough to absorb sunlight time.
