Pry the plastic molding of the windshield. You have to use a flat screwdriver or trim removal tool windshield. Wedge tool under the seat and molding, and pry to remove them.

Remove the windshield of the Honda.

Clean area whit welding and Honda chassis. Cut off excess around urethane down to about 3 mm in length. Use a brush and water to clean the debris.

Slide the seat and trim the new windshield.

Apply primer urethane strap fried in the new windshield. This is the black band that runs around the outer surface of the windshield.

Apply a bead of urethane to the chassis of the Honda. Use the old urethane bead as a guide.

Align the top, bottom and sides of the windshield frame with Honda, and press the windshield in place.
